Note on liability: Despite careful checking of the content we accept no liability for the content of external links. The content of the linked pages, including those of the University administration, the central facilities, faculties, institutes etc. is exclusively the responsibility of those who issue this information.

Note on potential viewing problems: Despite careful checking of the HTML and CSS code of these pages we accept no responsibility if you encounter problems viewing these pages. If this should be the case please note: The responsibility is with your flawed browser.
These pages make use of CSS 2.0 and a little bit of CSS 3.0. Many older browsers, notably Microsoft Internet Explorer (all releases prior to 7.0, releases 7.0 and higher work better but still not satisfactorily) and Opera (all releases prior to 9.0), do render many of these CSS features incorrectly or not at all. These pages will not work properly with these browsers! We recommend using Firefox (release 1.0 or higher) or Safari (release 2.0 or higher) or Konqueror (release 3.1 or higher) or Opera (release 9.26 or higher) or Google's Chrome as these browsers have a fairly complete CSS support. We have tested our pages on these five browsers with good results.
Some of the images on these pages are in PNG format, so older browser might not be capable viewing them.
If you find the text hard to read due to the background image, try to move the mouse over this part of the text. If your browser is CSS compliant, the background image behind this part of the text should appear dimmed.

Note on JavaScript: Some of these pages make use of some JavaScript routines. To the best of our knowledge, these routines are save. Despite careful checking of these routines we do not accept any liablity for any damage caused by any of them. If collapsing and expanding of certain parts of these pages doesn't seem to work, or if the email link is not functioning, make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser.

Note on validation: All pages have been validated as XHTML 1.0 (strict) and CSS (level 3) by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium). You find links to the validators in the footer looking like the following:
